Many of our prospective clients request a candidacy assessment, which is a complimentary opportunity to talk to a member of our staff about your MD/PhD application process.

After aligning on your candidacy, we get to work matching you with a pair of coaches - an MD/PhD strategy coach and a professional writing coach - who best fit your requirements.

Your strategy coach helps you articulate the major headlines for your applications to both programs, while also helping you to bucket your school list, choose recommenders, and align your argument for admission around your experiences.

Your writing coach guides you through a structured writing process, so that your written materials express your career aspirations in precise, polished prose. When your supplemental applications come in (and they come in fast), your coaches help you project manage, prioritize, and write your secondary applications, so that they are eloquent and timely. Additionally, your strategy coach helps you identify, memorize and deliver your key interview messages.

You can expect your Student Support Manager to coordinate your services, and stay in touch throughout your relationship to make sure you are on track. Of course, we love hearing from clients unprompted, too.
