“Alice was incredible. One of her many strengths was her ability to target not only content but test-taking strategies. She walked me through passages and broke the test down into manageable pieces so I could better understand the questions and avoid trick answers. Cambridge Coaching has been incredibly receptive to my needs. Alice was the perfect fit.”

“Alice was an excellent tutor and I would recommend her without hesitation. Not only did she know all the MCAT content inside and out, but she was also extremely helpful with test-taking strategy. Alice divided up and organized the study material and assigned homework, which was really helpful because I work full-time. She was always prepared and extemely supportive throughout the process. In the weeks leading up to the test, I was struggling with anxiety, and Alice went above and beyond to ease me. Truly an excellent tutor and friend!”

“Alice consistently went above and beyond to make the MCAT experience as painless and positive as it could be. She came to every session prepared with materials and resources and set up an organized plan to keep me on track. She was also flexible whenever I needed to adjust the schedule and open to feedback for our sessions. I felt Alice was always there for me when I needed her. I was impressed with her knowledge, as well as her patience and compassion. I really enjoyed working with her and I am so grateful I had the opportunity to do so!”

“Cambridge Coaching has been great. I reached out after a summer of completing a two-month MCAT course with little-to-no success. Cambridge Coaching sensed my anxiety about the exam and matched me with Alice, whose organizational skills and mastery of the material helped me improve over 15 points! Alice was really good at helping me tackle my exam anxiety. She gave me specific techniques to apply throughout the studying and exam-taking process. She is precise in her explanations, supportive without being too lenient, and extremely knowledgeable about test-taking strategies. She not only helped me improve my score, but taught me how to enjoy learning.”
Score went from 500 to 515.

“Alice was super supportive and prepared for the sessions. She assigned material that boosted my understanding of the content, and offered great notes she had prepared to help me review. She eased my stress about the exam. Everyone at Cambridge Coaching is very helpful and responsive.”

“In what can seem like a saturated MCAT prep market with homogenized class packages, Alice provided a breath of fresh air with personally tailored scholarly support. I had already taken the MCAT, so Alice provided a flexible study schedule to push my test-taking skills to another level. She was also supportive and responsive whenever I needed to adjust our study plan. I would highly recommend Alice for those pre-meds in a similar situation.”
Score went from 507 to 517.

“Alice was the best tutor I could have had. She paid really close attention to me as a learner and modified her teaching structure to fit my style of learning. If you are struggling with CARS or Bio/Biochem especially, she is the best tutor around! I felt that I did the best I possibly could on the MCAT, and it's all because of Alice's support.”

“Alice was really helpful in showing me how to properly map a passage so that the main idea is clear while also remembering just enough information about the passage to go back to certain sections if a question asks about it. I felt encouraged to complete Alice's recommended number of practice passages each day. She set up a super helpful spreadsheet that kept track of my practice (which also helped keep me accountable). I really liked her method of teaching.”

“Alice helped me a lot through the process of studying for the MCAT. She put together a comprehensive study plan for me and was very receptive to any questions I had. Whenever I was having trouble with a certain topic, she made sure to thoroughly spend time on that particular point until I completely understood it. She knows this test front to back, and I certainly felt much more comfortable tackling the exam having her on my side throughout the duration of the prep process.”
