“Tess is an amazing tutor. She had a balanced approached to SSAT preparation. She planned out practice tests and essays, created manageable and challenging goals, and worked with our daughter on interview techniques and applications. After working with Tess, our daughter has newfound confidence that we have seen carry into her classes and social interactions. Not only is Tess a wonderful tutor, but she is also a fantastic role model for a young person. We highly recommend her for SSAT prep, essay writing, interview techniques, and applications.”

“We absolutely loved working with Tess. Our ten-year-old was struggling while preparing for her first SSAT, and Tess made the process enjoyable and succesful. Tess gave our child personalized, clear and innovative methods to solve challenging problems. She ensured that our child felt supported, engaged and motivated to become a strong student. We highly recommend working with Tess.”

“Tess helped our son study for the ISEE. She offered so much more than just the practical study methods used by most ISEE tutors. Tess developed an impressively deep understanding of our son’s strengths and weaknesses as a test taker and a student. She taught our son life skills and managed to bring his scores up so dramatically that he ended up with a one-and-done test experience. Throughout the time our son worked with Tess, she increased our son’s self-esteem and gave him both the knowledge and belief in himself to do well on the ISEE—and it is not an exaggeration to say, also in life.”
Achieved official score goal on first attempt of the exam.
