Josh grew up in Maryland and is now completing a Master’s of Public Policy at the University of Maryland. He also has an undergraduate political science degree from UMD, where he graduated cum laude. After his master’s, Josh will start this fall at NYU law. He hopes to eventually work in public-interest law.

Alyssa R.
Alyssa studied Government and East Asian Studies at Harvard University, where she graduated magna cum laude and received the Eric Firth Prize for her senior thesis. She is looking forward to attending law school in the fall of 2022, and she has been accepted to Yale Law School and Stanford Law School.

Karishma
Karishma graduated from Tufts University in 2013 with a major in Political Science and History. More recently, she graduated from Penn Law where she focused on Health law and Policy.

Liam
Liam holds a BS from Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations. After graduating, he accepted a leadership development role within the healthcare sector of CVS.

Sarah studied Physics at Harvard College before earning her Master's in Applied Mathematics from Columbia. She's now pursuing her JD at Harvard Law, where her interest is in intellectual property law.

Jim
Jim graduated from St Andrews with first-class honors in History and Theology. After working for the Federalist Society, he's now pursuing an MPhil in Theology at the University of Oxford.

Eric
Eric graduated from Oberlin College and Conservatory with a BA in Hispanic Studies and BM in Composition. He then received an MA in Teaching at Boston University, where he was awarded the Future Language Educator Scholarship.

Drew holds a BA in Philosophy from the Templeton Honors College at Eastern University (summa cum laude) and a PhD in Philosophy from Boston College, where he is currently a fellow at the Lonergan Institute.

Greg
Greg is a JD candidate at Yale Law. He earned a PhD in Philosophy from UCLA and a BA from Brandeis University. Prior to law school, he worked as a philosophy professor at the Claremont Colleges.

Michelle graduated from UC San Diego with a BA in Humanities and a BS in Neuroscience. A Paul Hastings Law Preview Scholar, Michelle is pursuing both a JD and an MA at the University of Pennsylvania.

Farris is a JD student at Harvard Law School. They earned a BA in Social Studies and Government from Harvard, and an MPhil in Political Thought and Intellectual History from the University of Cambridge.

Bella
Bella attended George Washington University (BA, International Affairs) before enrolling at Yale Law School. She's held internships with the US Supreme Court, Obama Foundation, and Legal Aid Society.

Justin
At UNC Chapel Hill, Justin majored in Peace, War, & Defense and Economics. He worked as a paralegal at Ropes & Gray and interned at the Departments of Justice and Defense. He attends Yale Law School.

Varshini
Varshini studied Environmental Engineering and Political Science at Columbia before working for New York State, focusing on clean energy and climate change mitigation. She now attends Yale Law School.

Tash
Natasha currently attends Yale Law School. Previously, she worked as an asylum paralegal at the National Immigrant Justice Center, and as a domestic violence caseworker for immigrant women in Indiana.

Matt
Matt holds a BA in Government and Earth Sciences (Dartmouth, magna cum laude). Previously, he worked for the MA state government, and conducted glacial geomorphology research in VT. He is now a JD student at UC Berkeley Law.

Zach
Zach is a PhD candidate in Germanic Languages and Literatures at Harvard. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude from Macaulay Honors College at CUNY, where he majored in Comparative Literature.

Ash earned a BA in Social Studies (Harvard), an MPhil in Intellectual History and Political Thought (University of Cambridge), and a JD (Yale). He is currently a PhD candidate in Political Science at Columbia University.

Troy graduated from Yale with a BA in Ethics, Politics, and Economics. After serving in Teach for America, he attended Harvard Law. Currently, Troy works for an education technology startup focused on preparing students for college.

Jodi holds a BS and MS in Engineering (MIT), and a PhD in Business Economics (Harvard). Currently, Jodi is as a lecturer at Northeastern University, where she teaches macroeconomic theory and behavioral economics to grad students.

Sonya is a joint JD-History PhD at Yale Law and Stanford. Prior to law school, she earned a BA in History (Washington University in St. Louis) and worked at a consulting firm in DC and at the Int'l Committee of the Red Cross in Geneva.

Adair
Adair is a law student at Yale Law School. Prior to that, she was an IBM Senior Management Consultant. She graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a Bachelor's in Human Rights and Africana Studies from Barnard College.
