Helen graduated magna cum laude from Brandeis University with a dual degree in International/Global Studies and French/Francophone Studies, as well as a minor in East Asian Studies. After working in Shanghai, China for 5 years, she returned to Massachusetts to pursue her Masters of Education in Human Development and Education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
Christopher holds a BA in History and a minor in Chinese (Mandarin) from Chapel Hill, an MA in Security Studies from Kansas State University, and an MA and PhD in History from UVA. At UVA, he won the Class of 1985 Fellowship for Creative Teaching.
After Erin graduated with a BA in Environmental Studies (University of Michigan), she received a Fulbright to teach English in Rwanda. She went on to earn an MA in Teaching (Mt. Holyoke), and currently teaches 3rd grade.
Song studied Sociology at USC and went on to receive her JD from NYU. For her work as a civil rights lawyer, she was recognized as one of 100 Leading Women Lawyers in New York. She is now an MBA candidate at Yale
Joani holds a a BA in English Literature with minors in Humanistic and European Cultural Studies from Princeton, and two Master's degrees from Oxford, where she was a Marshall Scholar. She is now an English PhD student at Harvard.
Joe is a PhD candidate in the Biological Sciences in Public Health at Harvard. He earned his BA in Sociology from UC Berkeley and his MS in Cell and Molecular Biology from San Francisco State.
