Tarika
Tarika graduated with dual degrees in Philosophy and Biochemistry from The University of Texas at Austin. She then spent a year as a research fellow at the Mayo Clinic Biomedical Ethics Research Program in Rochester, Minnesota before moving to Boston to pursue her MD at Harvard Medical School.
Rasheca
Rasheca was a Robertson scholar who attended Duke University and also had the opportunity to simultaneously major at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. At Duke, Rasheca majored in Public Policy and at UNC Rasheca majored in Nutrition. She graduated in 2020 summa cum laude, with distinction, and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She is currently pursuing a medical degree at Harvard Medical School.
Marta
Marta is an MD Candidate at Harvard Medical School. Prior to matriculating at Harvard, Marta headed to Bonn, Germany as a Fulbright scholar. There, she conducted research related to Parkinson's disease and expanded her German language skills.
Carrie S.
Carrie graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College, majoring in molecular and cellular biology and minoring in social anthropology. She's now pursuing her MD at Weill Cornell Medicine, with plans to apply for an internal medicine residency.
Corinne
Corinne earned her BS in Chemical Engineering and her MS in Systems Engineering from MIT. She received several fellowships to do research abroad, and her work was supported by USAID. Currently, she is an MD student at Tufts.
Chai
Chai attended Stanford where he studied Human Biology and volunteered as a Spanish interpreter in the ER and a soccer coach for children with special needs. He is now an MD student at Harvard Medical School.
Erica
Erica is an MD student at Harvard Medical School, and earned her BS in Foreign Area Studies at the United States Air Force Academy. After med school, she looks forward to returning to active duty as a Captain.
James
James earned his MD at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, his MPP at the Harvard Kennedy School, and his BS in Chemistry at Brown. He is an Emergency Medicine Resident at Boston University Medical Center.
Akash
Akash is an MD candidate at Harvard Medical School. He received his BS in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, and completed a one-year retinal neurophysiology research fellowship at the National Eye Institute.
