Tom earned master’s degrees in economics and statistics from the London School of Economics and the University of Oxford. Previously, he completed four undergraduate degrees in mathematics, economics, statistics, and philosophy at Indiana University.
Claire H.
Claire holds a BA in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Bowdoin College. After working in a pediatric oncology research lab at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute/Harvard Medical School, she is now pursuing a PhD in Biomedical Science at the University of California San Francisco.
Zaina
Zaina earned her BS in Biological Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). She is currently pursuing an MD/PhD at UC San Francisco and UC Berkeley.
Jahnavi
Jahnavi is an MD Candidate at the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine and an MPH Candidate at the UC Berkeley School of Public Health. Previously, she earned her BA in Neurobiology and Global Health and Health Policy at Harvard College.
Pedro G.
Pedro is a 2nd-year medical student at UCSF. As a native Spanish speaker, he started studying Mandarin in middle school for his foreign language requirement. Following this passion, he graduated from Stanford University with a BA in East Asian Studies, focusing on the Chinese healthcare system.

Gabby received a PhD in Government from Harvard University, where she won two Bok Center Awards for Excellence in Teaching. She earned her BA in Political Science and Spanish from Indiana University.
James
James graduated summa cum laude from UC Berkeley with a double major in Public Health and Molecular & Cell Biology. Currently, he is pursuing his MD at UC San Francisco.
George
George attended Indiana University on academic scholarship and earned his degree in Biochemistry and Sociology (Phi Beta Kappa). He is now an MD candidate at Harvard Medical School.
