Madeline graduating first in her class from The George Washington University Law School. She then clerked on the US District Court for the District of Columbia before working as a litigator at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan. After graduating Johns Hopkins University in 2014, Anna earned two master’s degrees in Social Anthropology from the University of Edinburgh and in Refugee and Forced Migration Studies from Oxford as a Marshall Scholar. She next earned her JD from Yale in 2021, and is now pursuing a PhD in Anthropology at Johns Hopkins.
