Quickstart guide to your online tutoring platform

First, navigate to platform to the log in. Your username is your email and your temporary password is learning.

Next, add a credit card to your account. Go to Billing on the lefthand side of your dash. Then, click add card.

Once you’ve saved a card, you’ll approve the payment plan that works best for you.

Go to Pairings and select Purchase Package or Pay As You Go for each pairing in your household. You’ll be prompted to select the payer (that’s you), then choose a card under that payer (that’s the card you just entered, though you can add more if you like!).

After selecting a payment plan, proceed to Review Purchase. 

Confirm your payment details and agree to our Terms and Conditions. Now, click Confirm Payment.

That’s it. You’re good to go!

If you selected a package, there should now be a block of hours available on the pairing. If you selected pay-as-you-go, you’ll be charged on a session-by-session basis - typically, the business day following your tutor’s session log.

Q&A

  • Can I sync my scheduled sessions with an external calendar app (Gmail, Outlook, etc.)?

    Currently, there is no way to automatically send your scheduled sessions to an external calendar. 
  • How does the pay as you go plan work?

    Once you have a card on file, you can enroll in a pay as you go plan. This means that your card will be charged for every individual session when your tutor reviews & submits them.
  • How can I see session notes from my tutor?

    You can view all session details from the Past tab on the Dashboard. Find the relevant session, using filters if you need to narrow your search, then open it up. You'll be able to see all details, including any notes your tutor left. Separately, you should also be receiving emails with the tutor's notes once they submit their sessions.
