Quickstart guide to our online tutoring platform

First, navigate to the platform to log in. Your username is your email and your temporary password is learning.

Next, schedule a session.

On the homepage, find the list of pairings. Select your student from the list and "Schedule Session."

Enter in the session details.

When you click "Save and add student," confirm that the correct student pops up on the righthand side, then click "Finish."

After the meeting takes place, review and submit your session.

On the homepage, you'll be prompted to review any sessions with dates and times in the past (including sessions you may have scheduled but did not take place). Navigate to the "Awaiting Review" tab, find the relevant session, then click "Review." Make any adjustments and leave notes for your student or the admin team. Click "Submit."

That’s it. You’re good to go!

Admin will approve the session before it is officially added to your timesheet.

Q&A

  • Can I sync my scheduled sessions with an external calendar app (Gmail, Outlook, etc.)?

    Currently, there is no way to automatically send your scheduled sessions to an external calendar. 
  • How can I enter a session that has already passed?

    Cambridge Coaching generally expects tutors to log in advance, then return to review the session within 24 hours after it takes place. If you forgot to log in advance, you can enter the session, then review & submit it right away.  After, shoot an email to someone from the admin team so we can ensure the log is handled appropriately.
  • How do I navigate my timesheet?

    First, click the timesheet button from the Nav menu. By default, you'll see a table of all your sessions. You can enter a start and end date using the custom filters at the top of the page if you want to narrow your search. There are also Search and Filter buttons on the top-right corner of the table for more filter criteria.
